How do I register for a class?

Visit our schedule page to choose a class. Give us a call at 250-889-7092, or fill out the contact form on the right, and we will book you in!

What happens in our initial consultation?

During the consultation you will be introduced to basic principles of stability, alignment and cueing that will be integrated into your program at TASK Fitness Solutions.

We usually anticipate that each client will need a minimum of 3 personal sessions before entering any class.

This will help you to gain a greater kinesthetic awareness and understanding of the physiology and language associated with the work to be done and how it applies to your situation.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical conditioning designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Pilates strengthens all the muscle groups, but particularly the deep “core muscles” which are so important to both our posture and our overall health and well being. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body, this not only brings improvements to movement in class but also other areas of your life.

Pilates is for everyone! Everybody is welcome and we teach all ability levels.
