Jacqueline Sloan, Founder of TASK Fitness Solutions, believes in working with your unique physiology and circumstance to get back on track and in control of your body. Focusing on:
- General conditioning and maintenance of the muscles and joints
- scoliosis and degenerative issues of the spine and, other joints
- For youth; sports/dance cross training and injury prevention
TASK offers both private and group conditioning and monitoring what is appropriate, supportive and effective.
Our training will help you to control balance, strength and mobility in your joints and muscles, offering comprehensive education for good alignment and core strengthening.
TASK works alongside other therapists in the community to help re-enforce treatment plans and new movement patterning.
